Notes and Opinions from one of Arizona's Most Trusted Loan Teams Mortgage Rates Rise to Seven Month High June 12th, 2009 4:09 PM Bond Yields Push Mortgage Rates to Highest Level in Seven Months, an article from Realty Times, reports that the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 5.59% with an average 0.7 point for the week ending June 11, 2009, according to Freddie Mac's Primary Mortgage Market Survey. Last week, it averaged 5.29%, and a year ago it was 6.32%.
