HUD HOMES FOR SALE

There is a huge amount of information about each home on this site, including property condition reports. When browsing, be sure to only look at homes that are marked "Insured" or "Insured with Repair Escrow". Large repair escrows can be difficult to arrange so read what needs to be done on affected properties. 203k Rehab loans are also available for some properties. You can purchase and repair the home up to $35,000 plus asking price!

(This program is not affected by Arizona's "declining market" status!)
