HUD HOMES FOR SALE

There is a huge amount of information about each home on this site, including property condition reports. When browsing, be sure to only look at homes that are marked "Insured" or "Insured with Repair Escrow". Large repair escrows can be difficult to arrange so read what needs to be done on affected properties.

(This program is not affected by Arizona's "declining market" status!)

Suburban Mortgage is authorized to originate these loans. We won't just pre-qualify prospective homebuyers, we will pre-approve them for this specific program. That way the buyer and their agent can make an offer that can actually close. These are not "short sales", the homes are already owned by HUD and they want them SOLD!
